        Oròbix is looking for a Lead Architect to join our Team.

         

        The Resource will be responsible for leading architectural decisions in our current and future cloud infrastructure in line with our product and service offering as a last-mile AI company.
        The Resource will mentor the engineering team for the implementation of the architecture and will be a point of reference.
         

        The Resource will focus on providing cloud-native solutions for AI-centric products in the fields of manufacturing, healthcare and agriculture, and production-grade AI governance services.
        The Resource will take responsibility of the existing Azure cloud infrastructure, which spans from Azure ML to Azure IoT Edge and includes the Orobix stack of AI technologies.
         

        The ideal Candidate for this position will have at least 4-years experience in managing non-trivial infrastructure on Azure or other major cloud providers, and have proven experience with using Terraform or equivalent infrastructure-as-code tools.
        The Candidate will preferentially have prior exposure to ML-related domains.

              IT Systems Engineer
              Oròbix ricerca IT Systems Engineer da inserire all’interno del team tecnico

               

              La risorsa sarà responsabile della gestione operativa dei sistemi IT, server e reti locali.

               

              Ruolo e Responsabilità
              • Collabora con la direzione nella definizione delle risorse IT necessarie all’azienda informando sulle caratteristiche delle nuove tecnologie
              • Svolge le operazioni di normale manutenzione del sistema
              • Fornisce assistenza agli utenti affiancando i tecnici HW/SW in caso di problemi complessi
              • Si occupa dell’installazione e configurazione del nuovo hardware/software sia lato client che server
              • Interviene in caso problemi e guasti e se necessario segnala i malfunzionamenti di rete ai fornitori
              • Attribuisce gli accessi interni ed esterni (login e password)
              • Si occupa della configurazione del sistema di telefonia
              • Pianifica e verifica la corretta gestione del back-up e restore
              • Applica le patch e gli aggiornamenti necessari
              • Cura il proprio aggiornamento professionale per assicurare la risposta alle esigenze aziendali
              • Collabora con le aziende del Gruppo per i progetti di comune interesse
              • Predispone i PC client (portatili nuovi, workstation e computer in scadenza)
              • Fornisce assistenza di primo livello per client e stampanti
              • Gestisce attività di tipo documentale (inventario del materiale aziendale, documentazione di non conformità, aggiornamenti SOP)
              • Svolge attività di organizzazione e controllo (controlli Disaster Ricovery, controlli Console Antivirus e di Backup)

               

              Requisiti richiesti
              • Esperienza pregressa nella mansione di almeno 3 anni;
              • Conoscenza approfondita delle architetture hardware dei computer e delle reti;
              • Conoscenza approfondita in merito ai comportamenti dei vari dispositivi hardware;
              • Conoscenza approfondita sull’architettura e sulla configurazione dei sistemi operativi
              • Conoscenza approfondita sul funzionamento e sulla configurazione delle reti informatiche
              • Capacità di diagnosticare e risolvere problematiche complesse che coinvolgono diversi aspetti del sistema informatico trattato
              • Capacità di progettare e implementare soluzioni software adatte a sistemi informatici articolati
              • Conoscenze approfondite delle problematiche di performance e di sicurezza dei sistemi informatici
              • Indispensabile ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese sia scritta che parlata
              • Ottime capacità relazionali
              • Disponibilità a trasferte
              • Preferibile provenienza da settori che prevedono la vendita di servizi B2B (produzione di macchine, vendita di software o dal settore consulenza informatica).

                AI Sales Engineer
                Oròbix is looking for an AI Sales Engineer to join our Sales & Business Development Team.

                 

                The resource will work with Data Science and Software Development team to offer the most appropriate and relevant solutions for the client, identifying technical solutions and clearly defining the requirements of the projects with particular focus on the customers’ needs.  

                The Resource will operate as a technical expert during products presentations and the drafting of commercial offers. 

                 

                Your role and responsibilities 
                • Providing technical information on products, services or components, answering customer questions and requests;
                • Developing project estimates for time and cost, working with the Technical Areas and the Delivery Manager; 
                • Ensuring compliance with national or industry-specific regulations, working with the Quality Department; 
                • Development, installation and testing of AI systems ensuring their proper, efficient, and safe operation; 
                • Providing expertise and support to the Sales team to improve the communication flow concerning products, services and customer needs; 
                • Provide support to customers to troubleshoot any problems with our systems; 
                • Attending fairs and seminars as required.

                 

                Required Skills 
                • Ability to write & understand technical documents;
