Project Manager – Generative AI

We’re hiring a Project Manager to lead our Generative AI SaaS projects. Join our Operations team!

We’re looking for someone with 2–3 years of experience in managing Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) projects and a strong background in project and team coordination. You’ll be part of the Operations team and report directly to the Operations Director.

Your role and responsibilities

• End-to-end coordination of project delivery, working closely with clients, vendors, and internal squads.
• Squad management, ensuring timelines, business goals, and budgets are met.
• Monitoring economic and functional KPIs, in collaboration with fellow PMs, BU Managers, and the Operations Director.
• Applying agile methodologies for planning and activity tracking.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of our delivery processes.

Required Skills

• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong project management background.
• 1–2 years of experience managing SaaS and/or AI projects and teams.
• Familiarity with at least one traditional project management methodology.
• Knowledge of Lean/Scrum approaches (certifications are a plus).
• Experience with project management tools (JIRA Software is a plus).
• Outstanding communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive mindset and strong goal orientation.

Education

Degree or diploma in Management Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
